FAQ Search Help

We offered three methods for our customers to locate the information they are looking for. Here we give some examples to explain how to use them.
Method 1 Use the Search Engine
This search engine will only search the keyword in the title of our FAQs, it does not support “fuzzy search”, so we need to input the keyword of the specific function or feature, for example, “Reset” “Upgrade” or “PPPoE” is a good try, also “WPA” is better than “Wireless Security”.
If the customers cannot find the information they want, please try Method 2.
Method 2 Choose the general topic (recommended)
According to the different functions, we divided our FAQs into six categories, the customers can easily find the most common topics in appropriate category, such as “Basic Installation” or “Wireless Security”.
Method 3 Go to the specific product category
On the left side, the customer also can choose the specific product category to find the FAQ.
