Factories

TP-LINK manufacturing features two factories to meet production demand. Both are designed to meet demand while doing so with maximum efficiency guided but the most experienced managers and effective management techniques.

  • Location: Shenzhen, China
  • Area: 68, 800 square meters
  • Production employees: 4000
  • 55 SMT lines with 122 Automatic SMT machines
  • Annual production capacity: 66 million units

Quality Manufacturing

TP-LINK manufacturing focuses heavily on strict management mechanisms to maintain efficiency and quality throughout the product line. TP-LINK manufacturing incorporates Oracle management systems to streamline the manufacturing process and ensure quality. Oracle standard flow production management features 22 quality control points, 5 of which are located on the SMT line in order to maximize efficiency and minimize error.

TP-LINK maintains strict Quality Control in the manufacturing of our products to keep RMA numbers to an absolute minimum to benefit our distributors and Resellers and especially our End-Users.
